Betting Rules — JiliBet Casino Philippines

All games at JiliBet use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are determined entirely by chance. These rules apply to all players regardless of location.

1. General Rules

By placing bets at JiliBet, you agree to these Betting Rules and the Terms and Conditions. Players must be 21+ years old (Philippines requirement). All bets are final once confirmed. JiliBet reserves the right to void bets placed due to system errors, malfunction, or technical failures.

2. Slot Game Rules

RNG & Fairness

All JILI, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, and other slot games use independently audited RNG systems. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published for each game within the game's information panel. RTPs typically range from 94%–97% for games in the JiliBet library.

Malfunction Rules

In the event of a game malfunction (disconnection, display error, server error), all bets in progress during the malfunction are void and the bet amount is returned to your wallet. JiliBet is not responsible for internet disconnections on the player's side during a game round.

Maximum Win

Maximum single-game win is capped at ₱10,000,000 per game session unless otherwise stated in the game's rules. Jackpot games may have separate maximum win caps.

3. Fishing Game Rules

In fishing games (iRich Fishing, All-Star Fishing, Ocean King, etc.), all fish values and cannon costs are displayed in-game. Players compete against the game system, not each other, unless stated otherwise. Connection loss during a fishing session pauses the game — rounds are resumed upon reconnection.

4. Live Casino Rules

Baccarat

Standard baccarat rules apply: Player, Banker, and Tie bets. Banker bet wins are subject to 5% commission. Natural 8 or 9 wins immediately. No additional cards drawn on naturals.

Roulette

European Roulette (single zero) rules apply unless specified otherwise. Announced bets (Voisins du Zéro, Orphelins, Tiers du Cylindre) are accepted in games where available. Late bets after "No More Bets" announcement are rejected.

Live Game Disconnection

If a live casino round cannot be completed due to technical issues on JiliBet's side, bets are voided and returned. If disconnection is on the player's side during an active round, the round continues and results are final.

5. Sports Betting Rules

Sports bets are accepted subject to market availability and pre-game or in-play status. Odds may change up to the moment of bet confirmation. Live betting markets close automatically at certain key moments (e.g., penalty kicks, last 5 minutes). Bets on cancelled or abandoned events (where less than 90 minutes played for football) are voided. For basketball (NBA/PBA), full game completion is required for regular bets to stand.

6. Bonus Betting Rules

Bets placed using bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements. Certain games may have reduced contribution rates toward bonus wagering. 7. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited at JiliBet: using automated software, bots, or AI to place bets; arbitrage betting or bonus abuse across multiple accounts; exploiting game bugs or technical errors for profit; creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses; using a VPN to circumvent geographic restrictions. Violations will result in account suspension and forfeiture of winnings.

8. Dispute Resolution

If you believe a bet outcome is incorrect, contact live chat within 24 hours with your bet ID. JiliBet will investigate within 5 business days. Unresolved disputes can be escalated to PAGCOR's player assistance channels via pagcor.ph.
