Please read these Terms carefully before creating an account or placing bets at JiliBet. By registering, you confirm you are 21 years or older and agree to these Terms in full.

1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between JiliBet Casino ("JiliBet", "we", "us") and you ("Player", "you") when you use our online gaming platform at jilibet.com and associated mobile applications. By creating an account, you accept these Terms unconditionally. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be: (a) at least 21 years old as required by PAGCOR regulations in the Philippines; (b) a resident or visitor legally permitted to access online gaming services in your jurisdiction; (c) not self-excluded from JiliBet or any PAGCOR-regulated platform; (d) not using a VPN to circumvent geographic restrictions; and (e) acting on your own behalf (not for a third party).

3. Account Registration

Each player may only maintain one active JiliBet account. Multiple accounts violate these Terms and will result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of balances. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. JiliBet is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access where the security breach resulted from your actions or negligence.

4. Deposits

Minimum deposit: ₱100 via GCash or Maya. Deposits are credited to your account immediately upon successful transaction. JiliBet does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — the payment method must be in your name. JiliBet reserves the right to refuse deposits from certain payment sources for regulatory compliance reasons.

5. Withdrawals

Minimum withdrawal: ₱100. Maximum single withdrawal: ₱500,000 (subject to verification level). KYC verification is required for withdrawals above ₱10,000 or per PAGCOR requirements. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit (AML compliance). Processing times: GCash 5–30 minutes; Maya 5–30 minutes; bank transfer 1–3 business days.

6. Bonuses

All JiliBet bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Bonuses are offered in good faith and may be withdrawn if evidence of bonus abuse is detected. Bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited if Terms are violated. JiliBet reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time. 7. Responsible Gaming

8. Prohibited Activities

The following are prohibited: creating multiple accounts; using bots or automated software; money laundering or fraudulent deposits; sharing account credentials; exploiting technical bugs; making threats against staff; attempting to reverse-engineer JiliBet software; using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment.

9. Intellectual Property

All JiliBet content, software, trademarks, and game assets are protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any JiliBet content without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

JiliBet's liability for any claim is limited to the amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the claim. JiliBet is not liable for: internet service interruptions; actions of third-party payment processors; losses arising from problem gambling; indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Philippine law. Any disputes shall first be addressed through JiliBet's internal dispute resolution process, then by PAGCOR mediation if required, and finally through Philippine courts of competent jurisdiction.

12. Amendments

JiliBet reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after notification of changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification.
